We care about our products and do our best to deliver everything to you in top condition. Verzinkshop supplies specialist products for metal surface treatment (such as chemicals, patinas and excipients). You can expect us to deliver the products to:
match the description on the website;
have the right composition / content;
properly packaged and arrive at your doorstep in good condition.
If something does go wrong – for example, a damaged shipment, leaking packaging or product that is clearly not what you expected – please contact us as soon as possible via info@verzinkshop.nl
with your order number, a short description of the problem and possibly photos.
Legal warranty
The legal warranty applies to purchases at Verzinkshop. This means that a product must do what you can reasonably expect from it. If this is not the case, we will provide a suitable solution. Depending on the product and the problem, this may include:
replacement of the product;
subsequent delivery of missing part / quantity;
(partial) refund.
Exceptions and proper use
Many of our products are chemicals or technical products whose effect is highly dependent on the circumstances and the way of use. In principle, the following situations are not covered by the warranty:
damage or problems due to misuse or use contrary to our manual/safety information (SDS);
mixing with other substances or products outside our instructions;
careless storage (e.g. exposure to extreme temperatures, leaving it open for a long time, contamination in the product);
normal aging of products after the indicated shelf life.

Describe the problem as clearly as possible and preferably include photos.
We will respond as soon as possible with a proposal for a solution.
