Delivery & Pickup
We process and deliver your order as soon as possible! When you have ordered something, you naturally want to receive it as soon as possible. We do our utmost to ship the products within 3 working days.
Pick up yourself
It is also possible to pick up the products yourself by appointment in Dronten.
To do this, place the order on the site. When it is ready, indicate in the shipping options that you want to come and pick up the package. As soon as the order has been completed and paid, we reserve the products and you can pick up your order. Then contact us to make an appointment.
Free shipping from €150,-
If you order products for at least €150, your order will be delivered for free.
Exceptions
Unfortunately, there are also a few exceptions. For example, if you order hazardous liquids, want to receive your package outside the Netherlands, your product has a deviating large size, they are fragile products or your order is a complete pallet. Please note that your order may take longer, as it will be shipped with special transport. Do you want to know in advance whether your order falls under special transport? Please contact us.
ADR shipments
Most orders are sent as an LQ shipment. Small quantities of chemicals may be shipped with this. If your order falls outside the LQ value, it is an ARD shipment and the costs are high. It usually takes 2 to 3 days longer before you receive your order.
Delivery of hazardous substances
Transporting hazardous liquids is a bit more complicated than delivering standard packages. That is why we always have hazardous substances delivered by a carrier who specializes in this. That is mandatory and safe! For this reason, the delivery of your order may take a little longer.
