Conductive Paint Conserve 3D for Electroforming

Conductive Paint Conserve 3D is a solvent-based conductive graphite paint for electroforming. The thin formulation is very suitable for immersing small to medium-sized objects and providing them with a closed conductive plastic layer with high detailing. After evaporation of the volatile substances, a waterproof conductive plastic layer remains that seals the object from acid-copper electrolyte.

Please note this product is based on solvent acetone and is flammable. Work in a well-ventilated area and away from ignition sources.

Application of the conductive graphite paint

• For 3D prints and other plastics, dry or slightly moist organic material and other non-conductive materials
• High detail retention due to a thin layer
• Immersion is preferred, but application with a brush is also possible

Action

The conductive graphite paint with sealer preserves and seals the surface with a conductive plastic layer so that materials such as 3D resin or organic material are not affected by the electrolyte. After drying, a waterproof conductive plastic layer remains.

Use

• Immerse for a few seconds and let it dry
• Allow to flash well after drying for maximum conductivity
• Can be diluted with acetone for multiple ultra-thin layers in a row
