Electroforming frames

Unvarnished copper wire is used for making frames for electroforming projects. The wire is suitable for use in the project and for tying and hanging objects so that they are supplied with power. Contact at multiple points gives a more even copper layer.

Making Jewelry from Copper Wire

The wire can be bent, braided, wound and soldered into rings, wire sculptures, bracelets, necklaces and earrings. In combination with electroforming, very unique creations are created.

Recommended thicknesses for electroculture are 1.6 or 2 mm. Wire between 1.6 and 3.25 mm offers a good balance between conductivity and handling.
