Conductive Paint Conserve for Electroforming

Conductive Paint Conserve is a conductive graphite paint based on solvent. The paint leaves a waterproof conductive plastic layer and is ideal for electroforming on moist objects such as a freshly picked flower. Also suitable for enclosing and preserving organic material without first using a separate sealer.

Please note this product is based on solvent acetone and is flammable. Work in a well-ventilated area and away from ignition sources.

Application

• Conductive graphite paints for electroforming organic material and other non-conductive objects
• Quick immersion to apply a waterproof conductive plastic layer
• Can be used directly on slightly damp objects, preserving shape and detail

What is Conserve Conductive Graphite Paint

It has very good conductive properties and fast drying times and preserves organic material in a conductive plastic layer. After drying, a waterproof conductive plastic layer remains. The paint is included as standard in the Verzinkshop organic material electroforming kit. For very fine details on dry or slightly damp objects such as dried organic material or 3D prints, you can use Verzinkshop Conserve 3D .

Use

• Immerse for a few seconds or apply with a brush
• After application, let it dry quickly and then flash off well so that the plastic layer hardens and the conductive properties increase
• For several very thin layers, the paint can be diluted with acetone
• Prefer to use water-based view Verzinkshop Carbon
