Copper Glazing Agent V-Brite X

Verzinkshop V-Brite X is the maintenance brightener for acid copper electrolyte. It works in conjunction with V-Brite 100S and V-Brite 200S and keeps gloss and outlet quality consistent. V-Brite X is added when making a new bath and then periodically when workpieces come out of the bath less shiny or less even.

Includes dosing syringe to easily measure the right amount.

What is copper brightener and why do you use it

Glazing agent controls the properties of acid copper electrolyte. By dosing V-Brite X, you maintain shine, low internal voltage and good coverage in zones with lower current density. This results in an even, shiny copper layer with reliable adhesion to substrates such as metals but also plastics, 3D prints and organic material after suitable pre-treatment.

How does the V-Brite brightener system work?

• Start with V-Brite 100S or V-Brite 200S when creating a new bath
• Add V-Brite X when creating and then periodically for maintenance

If you use Verzinkshop copper electrolyte, the starter glazing agent is already processed and you only need V-Brite X for maintenance.

Dosage

• New bath with V-Brite 100S 1.5 ml V-Brite X per litre
• New bath with V-Brite 200S 1 ml V-Brite X per litre
• Maintenance Add periodically when gloss and deposits decrease
