Caswell nickel electroforming is a new sulphamate nickel formula used for nickel electroforming
Caswell Nickel Electroforming A+B is a sulfamate nickel formula for nickel electroforming.
Electroforming with nickel is the deposit of pure nickel on a conductive surface. It is used for restoring worn parts, as a base for hard chrome and for reinforcing objects with functional requirements where a hard nickel coating is desired.
Nickel can be deposited quickly. Once the object is completely covered, nodules may form if the process continues for too long. You reduce this with agitation and a lower flow for a more uniform finish. The process duration varies per surface and desired layer thickness; For a thick layer, this can be several hours. If the layer becomes dark and rough or the outlet rubs off easily, reduce the amperage.
