Returns & exchanges
It can always happen that you want to send something back. We make returning products just as easy.
Send us a message via email and we will send a return label back.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than is necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure it is well packaged when returned.

When can you return something?
- You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. In the case of chemical or organic products, the seal must not be broken. These chemical or organic products are prepared and packaged per order. We do not take it back opened or opened because we can no longer guarantee the quality and operation.
- After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are about 7.25 per package, please consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
- We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Opened chemicals may not be sent by post.
Private individuals are absolutely not allowed to send chemicals by post.
Article 230p – The consumer does not have the right of rescission in the event of:
a consumer sale concerning:
- the supply of goods manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications, which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer, or which are clearly intended for a specific person.
- the delivery of items that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
- the delivery of goods that are irrevocably mixed with other goods after delivery.
If you believe that the supplied liquid or crystals contain defects, please indicate this. We guarantee top quality materials and will do everything we can to solve the problem. In this case, we will check the batch from which you received the product and possibly consult with other customers to see if they experience similar problems. If this is not the case, we will do everything we can to support you in looking for the problem. If there is a problem with the products, we will replace them with correctly working ones.
Does your return request not meet one of the above conditions? Please contact our customer service. In some cases, the return will still be accepted.
